Sausage Balls without Bisquick®

Quick, easy, and a kid pleaser, these sausage balls are made without Bisquick®.

INGRIDIENT

Step: 1

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Cover a large baking dish with aluminum foil.

Step: 2

Mix stuffing mix and water in a bowl until moistened. Add pork, Cheddar cheese, green onion, and baking powder. Mix well.

Step: 3

Shape into 1-inch balls and place into the prepared baking dish.

Step: 4

Bake in the preheated oven until browned and no longer pink in the centers, 18 to 20 minutes.
