Sausage Balls III

Here is a version of sausage ball that calls for processed cheese sauce instead of shredded cheese, for easier handling. It’s a quick and easy recipe for unexpected gatherings.

Step: 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Step: 2

In a medium-sized bowl, combine regular sausage with spicy sausage, cheese and biscuit mix. Mix well and form into small balls, about 1 to 1 1/2 inches diameter. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake until fully cooked, about 15 minutes.
