Bring in the top 2 corners and bring the longer end up and around the filling, forming a loose ball. Repeat with remaining rolls and spinach mixture. Arrange balls in a triangular tree shape on a baking sheet, making sure to use some for the trunk of the tree. Make the tree as large as your cookie sheet allows, and use additional baking sheets to create more trees.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 14 minutes.
