I was looking for a way to use up some leftover cilantro, so I made hummus!
Step: 1
Place cilantro and garlic in a food processor; blend on low speed. Add garbanzo beans, salt, and cumin seeds. Pulse until garbanzo beans are chopped up. Add tahini, lemon juice, and lime juice. Pour in olive oil slowly through the tube, mixing until hummus is smooth.
Step: 2
Transfer hummus to a bowl; add zest and stir until blended in.
