Chef Johns Brie with Ripe Pear and Black Pepper

This simple and delicious appetizer was inspired by a favorite sandwich I occasionally make–baguette, butter, brie, pear, and pepper. Here we’re using thin crackers instead of bread, and the brie, pear, and black pepper make an impressive appetizer.
